What is VCA?
The VCA certificate is increasingly becoming mandatory on building sites. VCA stands for Veiligheids Checklist Aannemers (Contractors’ Safety Checklist) and its purpose is to allow you to work in a safer environment and reduce the number of (fatal) accidents.

There are 3 stages to gaining your VCA certificate:
Enroll for B VCA or VCA VOL
Choose the certificate that applies to you: B VCA (VCA-1) or VCA VOL.

If you are managing people on site for which you require the VCA certificate, you will need the VCA VOL training course and exam. In all other cases B VCA basic safety will suffice.
The VCA exam
Search our timetable for a place and date for the exam. Shortly after the exam VCA the VCA pass and certificate will be sent to you. All exams begin at 7 p.m.

Once you have passed the exam, we will send the VCA certificate and VCA pass to your address.
Duration
The duration of the course is 6-8 hours. It takes most of our students 4 weeks from the time they sign up to taking the exam.
